Unknown School Introduces a Different Approach to Founder Development Through Experience, Conditioning and Execution
India – October 2026: Entrepreneurship is often taught through business models, strategy frameworks, case studies and classroom discussions. But the experience of actually building a business can demand something very different: the ability to make decisions under pressure, handle uncertainty, manage rejection, adapt quickly and execute when there is no clear playbook. Unknown School has been created around this gap, positioning itself as a Founder Accelerator, Founder Community and Founder Conditioning Platform focused on the realities of entrepreneurship.
Founded by educator, entrepreneur and experiential learning practitioner Guhan N, popularly known as badass_teacherr, Unknown School brings together his experiences across education, art, entrepreneurship and business-building to develop an alternative approach to founder development. The platform is built on a simple philosophy: Experience → Confront → Execute, rather than relying only on conventional learning models based on listening, memorising and theoretical understanding.
Guhan's journey forms an important part of the story behind Unknown School. By his own description, he was once a “worst student” and a difficult teenager who did not fit comfortably within the conventional education system. His professional journey eventually took him through art, teaching, entrepreneurship and experiential learning. Over more than 15 years, he has addressed more than 10,000 students, worked with and mentored over 2,200 entrepreneurs, mentored more than 200 teenagers, conducted over 50 corporate workshops and delivered more than 150 stage performances.
His experience in education led him to explore learning methods that went beyond conventional classroom structures. Art became an important influence, eventually connecting with elements of economics, philosophy, ecology, technology, psychology and behavioural learning. His unconventional methodologies included initiatives such as Pirates of Salesmanship and ManaJoker, reflecting his interest in making learning more experiential and engaging.
His work around Pirates of Salesmanship also attracted the attention of filmmaker Lokesh Kanagaraj during the development of the lead character for MASTER, according to the company questionnaire. This became one example of how his experimentation with education and entrepreneurship extended beyond traditional classroom environments.
Entrepreneurship later introduced a different kind of learning. Building businesses exposed Guhan to challenges involving business foundations, partnerships, finance, customers, investors, growth and execution. These experiences contributed to a central question behind Unknown School: Why are people taught how businesses are supposed to work, while comparatively less attention is given to preparing them for what happens after they actually start one?
Unknown School was developed as an attempt to address that question. Rather than positioning itself as another business course or conventional entrepreneurship programme, the platform focuses on the conditions founders encounter while building companies. Its approach includes real-world business problems involving strategy, sales, marketing, finance, operations, technology, positioning, content and execution.
The platform is intended for founders, entrepreneurs, business owners, startup and D2C founders, SME owners, family-business entrepreneurs and professionals transitioning into entrepreneurship. It also aims to build connections with investors, incubators, accelerators, educational institutions, corporates and entrepreneurship-development organisations.

A key initiative under the platform is Founders Warfare, described as a three-day Founder Conditioning Experience for founders, entrepreneurs and business owners. The programme focuses on areas including strategy and execution, founder psychology and conditioning, pressure and decision-making, sales and business development, AI and technology, operational infrastructure, content to commerce, financial challenges, business growth, founder blind spots and real-world execution.
The broader objective is to create a founder community where entrepreneurs can exchange experiences, challenge assumptions, confront practical problems and learn through interaction. Unknown School aims to move beyond generic motivational sessions and passive business education by creating an environment centred on practical experiences and execution.
As entrepreneurship continues to evolve alongside technology, AI, changing work patterns and new business models, founders increasingly operate in environments where adaptability and decision-making are important parts of everyday business building. Unknown School seeks to respond to this changing environment through experiential and alternative learning methodologies.
At the centre of the platform remains Guhan's unconventional journey — from a student who struggled with traditional education to an educator who worked with thousands of learners, an entrepreneur shaped by the realities of business, and ultimately the founder of a platform designed to rethink how founders can be developed.
With Unknown School, the proposition is deliberately different: not simply learning about business, but experiencing, confronting and executing through the realities of building one.
